How do I choose between an economy, standard and premium battery?
Choose by your car, not by price, because the engine and electrics decide which tier works. Economy batteries are standard flooded units for small and mid-size engines with everyday electrics. Standard suits larger engines and heavier electrical loads, while Premium covers start-stop systems, European models and 4x4s with AGM or EFB batteries. Send us your car model and we will tell you which tier fits and confirm the price before we set off.

What happens if a jump start does not get my car going?
The technician tests the battery and the charging system to find out why. If the battery will not hold a charge, we can replace it at your location. If the fault lies somewhere else, we can arrange a flatbed tow to a garage.
Can you jump start a car that has been parked for weeks?
Yes. We boost the battery first, then test whether it still holds a charge, because a battery that has sat flat for a long time may not recover. If it does not, we can fit a new one where the car is parked.
Can you jump start a car in a basement or mall car park?
Yes. We use a dedicated jump-start device rather than a second car, so we do not need a free space beside yours. Share the building, level and bay number when you call or message us.

Can you tow an electric car or a car stuck in park?
Yes. Our flatbed trucks keep all four wheels off the road for the whole trip. Because no wheel turns on the way, this suits electric cars, all-wheel-drive cars and cars that cannot be shifted out of park.
Can you take my car to my own garage instead of a workshop you choose?
Yes, you decide where the car goes. It can be your own mechanic, a dealer or your home address. Give us the address when you book and we deliver the car there.
Can you move my car after an accident?
Yes. Our recovery team handles accident scenes as well as breakdowns, and assesses the car on site before moving it. Call or WhatsApp us with your location and tell us where the car needs to go.
Can you recover a car stuck in sand?
Yes. Off-road recovery, including winching, is part of our car recovery service. Send us your location on WhatsApp so the team can find you and bring the right equipment.
Flat Tyre Repair & Change

What if I do not have a spare tyre?
We can bring a brand-new tyre and fit it where the car is parked. Tell us the tyre size printed on the side of your tyre, so we bring the right one.
Can you change a tyre on the hard shoulder of a highway?
Yes, as long as the spot is safe for our technician to work. Switch on your hazard lights, wait away from the traffic side of the car and send us your exact location. If the car is too exposed to work on, we can tow it somewhere safer first.
Do new tyres come with a warranty?
Yes. The new tyres we fit come with a warranty. Ask us for the terms when you book.
What happens to my old tyre after you fit a new one?
We take the old tyre away and dispose of it responsibly. The new tyre is fitted and the wheel is balanced before the technician leaves.

What if my car still will not start after you add fuel?
We can send a jump start or a tow truck, so you are not left stranded. Repeated attempts to start a car that ran out of fuel can drain the battery, which is a common reason it still will not start. If the problem is something else, our flatbed can take the car to a garage for repair.

Do you repair the alternator where the car is parked, or take the car away?
We collect the car, repair it and bring it back to you. Share the details first and we send you a quote, then you book a time for collection and delivery.
Which electrical faults besides the alternator can you fix?
Our auto electricians also repair starters, dynamos and ignition faults. We can check the alternator belt and the battery, and run a diagnosis of the whole electrical system to find hidden faults.

Why does the arrival time change from one district to another?
Our vans set out from our shop in Jumeirah Village Triangle, so the distance to you changes the drive. A van already out on its round reaches most of Dubai in 25-30 minutes. The coverage board on our service pages lists the drive from the shop, from 5 to 10 minutes for Dubai Sports City to 35 to 45 minutes for Mirdif.
Where is Sayara Battery located?
Our shop is at Imperial Residence, Shop 6, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. It is the base our vans work from, so in most cases the technician comes to you rather than you coming to us.
